Rules for Nomination

  1. For nomination, the nominating entities must have a running business in India between 1 April 2024 – 1 April 2026.
  2. Organisations with strong record in innovation in HR, outstanding work culture, establishing and expanding new businesses with incorporating exceptional HR Practices and showing exemplary inclination to improve employees well- being are welcome.
  3. The nomination form must be filled online by the nominees by the deadline date to be able to present the work before the eminent Jury.
  4. Incomplete, mis-leading and in-correct forms are liable to get rejected. Furnishing wrong information may lead to cancellation of nomination.
  5. All the relevant documents need to be submitted at the time of filling the form in the prescribed format only. The BW People Team team is not responsible for any missing information and rejection of form if the nominees fail to submit the supporting documents.
  6. Nomination fees is mandatory for being able to appear before the eminent Jury. Paying the fees does not guarantee an award. The nomination fee is taken for processing the forms and arranging the presentation before the eminent Jury.
  7. The nomination form needs to be correctly filled before the payment is done. No editing is permissible after the payment is done. Entries without payment are incomplete and are liable to rejection.
  8. Multiple nominations can be filled from a single organisation. Payment is mandatory for each nomination separately.
  9. The documents need to be submitted in the required formats only. The supporting documents should be viewable on multiple browsers and platforms like Mac, Firefox etc. Password protected documents are not taken and can be rejected.
  10. If at any point of time, the eminent Jury wants any additional information for verification or their understanding of the nominee institution’s work, nominees are required to provide the supporting information, failing which the Jury has the right to reject the nomination.
  • JURY AND EVALUATION PROCESS
    • After internal screening of the nomination forms and documents by the BW People Team and the Knowledge Partners, the nominations are presented before the eminent Jury for fair and thorough evaluation of each nomination.
    • The eminent Jury comprises of very senior professionals from the HR ecosystem. On the date of the final Jury evaluation, through a virtual presentation, the nominees are required to pitch before the Jury members.
    • Evaluation is done based on –
      – Nominee organisation’s / individual’s / team’s demonstrated leadership and excellence in HR
      – HR innovation
      – Commitment to improve employees well-being and people practices
      – Groundbreaking initiatives in HR
      – Any achievement in HR
      – Contribution to any specific HR initiative for public/ HR advocacy issue
      – Contribution to community and sustainability
      – Advocacy for equity at workplaces
      – Introducing pioneering HR technology in HR

FAQ’s

  • 1. What is the process of nomination?

    There is an online process for submission of nominations. Individuals, Organisations can register, access and fill the nomination form, submit relevant documents and make the nomination fees payment for completing the process.

  • 2. Can a nominee submit the nomination form now and pay nomination fees later?

    Without the payment of nomination fees, the nomination process is incomplete, and the form is liable to get rejected.

  • 3. Can an organisation nominate for multiple awards?

    Yes, multiple nominations can be filled by individuals / organisations. The category of nomination should be exclusive for each nomination.

  • 4. How to make the payment for nomination?

    Once the nomination form is filled, the nominee is directed to a payment page with a link. If there are problems in processing the payment, kindly go to the Contact Us section on this website and contact our team.

  • 5. Are there modifications possible once the nomination form is filled?

    Changes are not possible once the nomination form is filled. Please fill the form correctly and to the best of your knowledge. Providing wrong information can make the nomination liable to rejection.

  • 6. Is the nomination fee refundable?

    The nomination fee is non-refundable and paying the nomination fees does not guarantee an award. Nomination fees is taken for nominations screening process and arranging the jury for awards.    

  • 7. Can I submit my documents for nomination and not appear in front of Jury for evaluation?

    Presenting the pitch in front of Jury is mandatory. It is a live virtual meet and confirmation for the time to present before the Jury is confirmed from all eligible institutions.

  • 8. Is the document submission and shortlisting during the jury meet the only criteria of selection?

    If at any point of time the jury members feel that they want any additional information or documents to substantiate or verify your nomination, we can ask for more details to cross check.
