We believe that recognizing and celebrating young talent could be the best form of encouragement for the bright trailblazers of the industry. A step in this direction, BW People 30 under 30 is going to be an annual initiative conceptualized to fuel excellence in the corporate world by identifying the most amazing crop of young HR professionals.
The recognition becomes even more important during the current times when India Inc. is witnessing a series of disruptive changes and the HR function is seeing a shift like never before. We believe that the young and ignited minds who are thriving and zooming towards a booming future must be celebrated. BW People 1st edition of Top 30 Under 30 HR professionals will confer the distinguished recognition by identifying the best talent under the age of 30 through a talented pool of amazing nominees who will present their case before a stellar jury panel consisting of top luminaries in the corporate and HR domain.
