Q5. What are the eligibility criteria for the Awards?
Organisations and individuals with a demonstrated contribution to healthcare through innovation, excellence, leadership, technology adoption, patient care, research, operational improvement or social impact are eligible to participate. Each nomination must meet the eligibility and category-specific requirements mentioned in the nomination form.
Q6. Can an organisation submit nominations in multiple categories?
Yes. An organisation or individual may submit multiple nominations across different categories, provided each entry represents a distinct achievement, initiative, programme, innovation or area of excellence. A separate nomination form and applicable fee will be required for each category.
Q7. Can a jury member’s organisation participate in the Awards?
Yes. However, a jury member will not participate in evaluating or scoring an entry submitted by their own organisation or an organisation with which they have a conflict of interest.
Q8. Can startups and emerging organisations nominate?
Yes. Startups and emerging healthcare organisations are encouraged to participate, particularly where they demonstrate innovation, scalability, measurable impact or a differentiated contribution to India’s healthcare ecosystem.

The nomination process is completely online:

- Upload supporting documents/materials

- Submit the nomination
- Complete the nomination fee payment
Q10. Can I submit the nomination form and pay later?
The nomination process is considered complete only after the applicable nomination fee has been paid.
Q11. What supporting documents should I upload?
Nominees may upload relevant supporting material that demonstrates the impact and achievements outlined in their nomination. This may include:
- Performance data and measurable outcomes
- Case studies
- Research or published reports
- Patient/clinical outcomes
- Business or operational impact
- Technology implementation data
- Certifications or recognitions
- Testimonials
- Relevant photographs, presentations or supporting documents
Q12. Can I edit my nomination after submission?
Once a nomination has been submitted and the payment has been completed, changes to the nomination may not be permitted. Nominees are therefore advised to carefully review all information and supporting documents before final submission.
Q13. Is there a fee for submitting a nomination?
Yes. A nomination processing fee is applicable for participation in the Awards.
Organisational Categories: ₹24,000 + applicable GST per entry
Individual Categories: ₹18,000 + applicable GST per entry
The applicable fee may vary depending on the category and is displayed during the nomination process.
Q14. How can I make the payment, and is the nomination fee refundable?
Once the nomination form has been completed and submitted, nominees will be directed to the payment process. The nomination fee must be paid successfully for the nomination to be considered complete and eligible for evaluation. The nomination fee is non-refundable. It cannot be refunded if the nominee withdraws the nomination, changes their mind, or does not win the award.

All eligible nominations will undergo an evaluation by an independent jury comprising eminent healthcare leaders, policymakers, clinicians, innovators and industry experts. The jury will assess entries based on the relevant category criteria before final winners are determined.

Q17. Who are the judges?
The Awards will be evaluated by an eminent and independent panel comprising healthcare leaders, policymakers, clinicians, innovators and industry experts. The official jury panel will be announced by BW Businessworld.
Q18. Will my nomination information remain confidential?
Information and supporting material submitted as part of the nomination will be handled with appropriate confidentiality and will be made available to the jury for evaluation purposes. Nominees should ensure that any confidential or proprietary information shared as part of their submission is appropriately marked.
Q19. When will the winners be announced?
The winners of the BW HealthNext India Awards 2026 will be announced during the Awards ceremony forming part of the BW HealthNext India Summit 2026. The Summit brings together healthcare decision-makers, policymakers, investors, technology leaders and other stakeholders from across the ecosystem.
Q20. What recognition will winners receive?
Winners will receive recognition on the BW HealthNext India Awards platform, along with opportunities for visibility across BW Businessworld’s relevant media and communication platforms. Winners will also be felicitated during the Awards ceremony.

Regional participation refers to having a presence in states or union territories in one region.
