ABOUT THE AWARDS:

  • The Golden Carts, a BW Businessworld initiative, looks to celebrate the ecommerce sector in India, which grew leaps and bounds in a crisis year.
  • The submission of the nomination form assumes that you have carefully read the terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.

    • FORM SUBMISSION PROCEDURE:

  • The deadline to fill the complete form, required material & payment of Nomination Processing Fee is Aug 27, 2021.
  • The Form must be filled in English only. Nominations need to be submitted online with all the relevant details that are being asked for. The organisers will not be responsible for any incorrect or incomplete information.
  • The Three-Slide PPT is MANDATORY
  • PPT should be named with entrant name and category entered.
  • The Video URL is MANDATORY (a brief on the company’s and the founder’s milestones. You must also highlight business problems, achievements and your role in this not more than 60 seconds in length.
  • The Video will need to be uploaded through Google Drive (public view/ download access) or YouTube and the URL needs to be provided in the Video URL field in the form. The File Size should not exceed 60 seconds and cannot be more than 60 MB.
  • Video needs to be shared in AVI or MPEG4 format, whichever is applicable or both.
  • Entrants are expected to ascertain that the Nomination videos and reference material put up on the web can be viewed on multiple browsers and platforms (including Apple Mac). The organisers will not contact entrants in case an entry cannot be viewed. Video should be available at the time the form is filled before the deadline of Aug 27, 2021.
  • If you do not view a ‘Success’ screen online after submission of an entry, there has been an error at the backend. Please resubmit the entry. On the submission of an entry, other than the success screen, you will be directed to the payment gateway for completing the processing fee transaction.
  • Following this, you would receive an email acknowledging your entry with the details you have entered.

    • METHODOLOGY

  • All entries will be crosschecked by BW Businessworld team to have met all Terms & Conditions, Form Filling Procedure & Eligibility criteria
  • The qualified entries will then be judged in two phases – first to arrive at a shortlists, and then the final winners.
  • Winners will be deliberated on in a Virtual jury meet, on the basis of entries and mentioned parameters

    • TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • All material is to be submitted in accordance with standard specifications and material deadlines.
  • The entrant agrees that BW BUSINESSWORLD will not accept responsibility for errors or omissions in any reproduction.
  • An entry will be considered accepted only upon realization of the payment for the respective entry through online mode or through cheque or demand draft payable in Mumbai.
  • Once submitted, the entry cannot be withdrawn or appended.
  • It is also mandatory to upload the three-slide PPT and Video (as specified in SECTION 1 of the form), which is not more than 60 seconds long.
  • Golden Carts jury will comprise eminent individuals from all walks of life. The decision of the jury is final and binding. Any form of canvassing for the awards will disqualify an entrant.
  • The entrant agrees that BW Businessworld will not accept responsibility for errors or omissions in any reproduction.
  • All entries submitted will become a property of BW Businessworld. Submission of entry also authorizes BW to use images and/or audio/video clips for use on broadcast television (free-to-air, pay, cable, satellite, DTH, FTA, mobile, out-of-home, internet or any other digital medium for the purpose of promoting or reporting the awards) with due credits.
  • We presume that all nominations sent to us are accurate. The submission of nomination guarantees its authenticity.
  • Jury Chair and jurors retain the right to merge, change and/or scrap categories depending on the quality of entries received. This will not result in Nomination Processing Fee refund.
  • An entry will be considered accepted only upon realisation of the payment for the respective entry through online mode or through NEFT.
  • Once submitted, the entry cannot be withdrawn or appended.
  • Paying the Nomination Processing Fee is mandatory to validate, audit & process your entry for the jury presentation.
