Dr. Resul Pookutty Is an Indian Sound Designer /Mixer and is the recipient Academy Award®️ of Merit for his work in the film “Slumdog Millionaire”. He also won the British Academy Of Film And Television Arts-BAFTA and the Cinema Audio Society Of America (CAS) for the same film. He is the winner of The Golden Reel Award by MPSE (Motion Pictures Sound Editors Guild Of America) for his work in the film “India’s Daughter”.

Pradyumna Vyas has more than thirty-six years of professional and teaching experience across different spheres of design. Prior to joining NID, he was associated with Kilkenny Design Centre, Republic of Ireland. In 2011, he was awarded for his outstanding contribution to design education at Asia’s Best School Award, Singapore. He was a jury member at the special awards screening panel at Good Design Award (G- Mark), the Japan Institute of Design Promotion, Japan from 2012-2014 & 2016.

Hafeez Contractor has impacted the skyline of much of the built environment of metropolitan India, with an unmistakable identifying stamp. He set up practice in 1982 with a dedication to design excellence, efficient delivery and sophistication in building technology. Today, Hafeez Contractor heads the largest architectural firm in India, with over 550 team members, comprising of architects, urban/town planners, interior designers, landscape artists, civil engineers, CAD operators and 3D and graphic designers.

Srini Srinivasan is a highly accomplished designer & entrepreneur in creative design and technology development, with over 25 years of work experience in the Silicon Valley, United States and India. Presently, Srini is the President-Elect of WDO (World Design Organisation), working with its global members to promote design for a better world.

Josy is one of the most influential people in Indian advertising. He set up BBDO in India from the backseat of his car in 2008. He believes India needs more 'acts not ads'. This has led to movement ideas like Gillette's 'Women Against Lazy Stubble', which has won several international awards like Cannes Lions including the Black Lion for 'creative effectiveness' – the only one in Asia.

Revathi Kant is the Chief Design Officer, at Titan Company Ltd. She is a Design & Innovation strategist with over 15 years of experience in applying Design Thinking in diverse domains. A marketing veteran, and a multifunctional hybrid thinker, she has the knowledge and experience of transforming insights grounded at the intersection of Business, User benefits and human psychology into innovative strategies and offerings that lead to revenue growth.

Pratap Bose has lived and worked in Italy, Japan, and is currently based in the UK where he is the Head of Design for Tata Motors Design network spread across the UK, Italy and India. He has been heading Design since April 2011. Mr. Pratap Bose has a Master’s Degree in Vehicle Design from The Royal College of Art, London, and a Bachelors Diploma in Product Design, from the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad.

Susmita Mohanty is a spaceship designer and the only space entrepreneur in the world to have started companies on 3 different continents. She is the CEO of EARTH2ORBIT. She has co-founded two other companies, MOONFRONT in San Francisco and LIQUIFER in Vienna. Prior to turning entrepreneur, she worked for the Space Station Program at Boeing in California and did a short stint at NASA. In 2012, she was voted into Financial Times’ list of “25 Indians to Watch”.

Dilip Chhabria, alumni of Art Centre, Pasadena, USA, heads an emerging automotive OEM coupled to the styling, prototype and customizing services business. His is a case of a designer, who left a secure job at GM design Centre Detroit to return to India with the vision of creating his own brand. A decade of manufacturing automotive accessories helped imbibe the insights of consumer purchasing behavior, and exposure to manufacturing materials and processes, a key advantage in enabling the inception of the automotive design business in 1993.

Couturier, costume stylist, entrepreneur, and revivalist; Manish Malhotra’s prolific career spanning 29 years has seen him redefine fashion for an entire generation of India. Manish started his career as a model but his love for Fashion and Bollywood movies drew him towards costume designing. In addition to several large-scale workspaces, residential developments, he has led the design of corporate headquarters, hotels and resorts, and institutional facilities.

Shiva Subramanian is at the forefront of India's emerging entrepreneurs. Architect Ashiesh Shah began his career in New York City in the mid 2000’s after graduating from Parsons School of Design with a degree in Interiors and Architecture. For the last eight years, Shah has been spearheading his own design firm Ashiesh Shah Architecture + Design, handling various high-end design projects in India and beyond. Ashiesh was invited by NITI (National Institution for Transforming India) Aayog as a Champion of Change in Transforming India through G2B Partnerships this year.

Hari has worked for over 27 years in agencies across creative, media and digital disciplines, and has played a role in journeys of leading brands such as Samsung, PepsiCo, Nestle, Nokia and Ford, to name a few. He has witnessed the transformation of marketing, advertising and design over the past three decades - from traditional to digital and experiential. He has worked across agencies such as Zenith Media, Cheil, JWT, Grey, Ogilvy and Bates in his career.

Himani Mehta Dehlvi is a costume designer for film and theatre for the past 20 years. She has worked on films like Bhopal Express, Monsoon Wedding, Bourne Supremacy, Dance like a Man, Outsourced and recently No Fathers in Kashmir and The Sweet Requiem. The play, Much Ado about Nothing at the Royal Shakespeare company was also designed by Himani. She is passionate about indian textiles and photography.She is the recipient of over 110 international and national awards, including India's first World Architecture Festival award.
