Ashutosh Dhawan
Ashutosh Dhawan is the Global Chief Financial Officer of Mankind Pharma, responsible for shaping financial strategy and supporting the company’s long-term growth agenda. His responsibilities span capital allocation, mergers and acquisitions, treasury, taxation, investor relations, enterprise risk management, legal and secretarial functions.
He has played a pivotal role in strengthening Mankind Pharma’s financial and governance framework through its IPO journey, major acquisitions and expansion into new growth areas. A Chartered Accountant, MBA and law graduate, he brings over three decades of experience across pharmaceuticals, FMCG and technology.
Prior to Mankind Pharma, he served as CFO for India Operations at STMicroelectronics and held senior finance leadership roles at HCL Technologies, Aricent, Oriflame, RPG Group and DLF. His experience includes M&A, demergers, equity and debt fundraising, restructuring, succession planning, IPO readiness and working with regulators across India and Asia.
Ravi Shingari
Ravi Shingari is a senior finance and business transformation leader with over 25 years of experience across professional services and industry. A Chartered Accountant and law graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, he began his career with Arthur Andersen and spent 17 years with KPMG, becoming a Partner and taking leadership responsibility in the India–Japan corridor.
He currently serves as Global Head of Accounts, Tax, Budgeting and Legal at Apollo Tyres Limited, overseeing global accounting, taxation, MIS and budgeting across the Group’s international operations. He also leads key aspects of Apollo Tyres’ finance transformation journey, including S/4HANA implementation and global finance process redesign.
His focus areas include the evolving CFO role, future-ready finance organisations, technology and data-led decision-making, and balancing financial discipline with business growth.
Vikas Jain
Vikas Jain is an SRCC graduate and Chartered Accountant with 23+ years of finance leadership experience across travel-tech, e-commerce, retail and financial services. He currently serves as CFO of TBO Tek Limited, a publicly listed global online B2B travel distribution platform.
He led TBO’s IPO and is responsible for post-listing investor relations, while helping build a 20+ entity global footprint across 100+ countries. His expertise spans cross-border M&A, finance leadership, strategic growth and complex international business operations.
