Amidst the challenges posed by the global pandemic, there has been a renewed focus on enhancing healthcare capacity and accessibility across the nation. The adoption of digital health technologies has surged, with telemedicine platforms, remote patient monitoring systems, and online pharmacy services experiencing unprecedented growth, facilitating greater access to healthcare services, especially in remote and underserved areas. Also there has been a concerted push towards improving medical education and research, with initiatives aimed at nurturing talent, fostering innovation, and advancing medical knowledge.

BW HealthcareWorld Institutional Excellence Awards is a platform that aims to recognise and celebrate the exceptional work done by Indian healthcare institutions that have shown resilience and adaptability in the face of adversities. It aims to honour the healthcare institutions that have excelled in pathbreaking innovations, promoted R&D, supported public health initiatives, aimed sustainability and made healthcare easy and accessible for masses. The awards ceremony is preceded by a day long summit with discussions on the most recent and relevant healthcare topics with the presence of the senior-most doctors and healthcare industry leaders from the country.

WHO CAN NOMINATE?

Hospital chains, standalone clinics, medical institutions, technical solution providers, pharma companies, diagnostic chains, government bodies, medical education providers, insurance companies, nursing staff providers, rehabilitation and wellness institutes, professionals and institutions providing alternative medicine, supply chain personnel, consultancies, PR and marketing agencies working in the healthcare sector, software suppliers, entities working for innovative medical technologies like AI and robotics, rapid response teams, mental wellbeing organisations, sustainability and waste management organisations, public health outreach initiatives and CSR wings.

Organisations and entities can nominate for one or multiple categories of awards based on their work done in these fields (not restricted to).

RULES FOR NOMINATION - CLICK HERE TO SEE
1. For nomination, the nominating entities must have a running healthcare business in India between 1 April 2023 – 30 Sept 2024.
2. Healthcare Institutions with strong record in innovation, outstanding discoveries, establishing and expanding new businesses, or engaged in Healthtech, research and studies are welcome.
3. The nomination form must be filled online by the nominees by the deadline date to be able to present the work before the eminent Jury.
4. Incomplete, mis-leading and in-correct forms are liable to get rejected. Furnishing wrong information may lead to cancellation of nomination.
5. All the relevant documents need to be submitted at the time of filling the form in the prescribed format only. The BW HealthcareWorld team is not responsible for any missing information and rejection of form if the nominees fail to submit the supporting documents.
6. Nomination fees is mandatory for being able to appear before the eminent Jury. Paying the fees does not guarantee an award. The nomination fee is taken for processing the forms and arranging the presentation before the eminent Jury.
7. The nomination form needs to be correctly filled before the payment is done. No editing is permissible after the payment is done. Entries without payment are incomplete and are liable to rejection.
8. Multiple nominations can be filled from a single organisation. Payment is mandatory for each nomination.
9. The documents need to be submitted in the required formats only. The supporting documents should be viewable on multiple browsers and platforms like Mac, Firefox etc. Password protected documents are not taken and can be rejected.
10. If at any point of time, the eminent Jury wants any additional information for verification or their understanding of the nominee institution’s work, nominees are required to provide the supporting information, failing which the Jury has the right to reject the nomination.

JURY AND EVALUATION PROCESS
- After internal screening of the nominations by the BW HealthcareWorld Team and the Knowledge Partners, the nominations are presented before the eminent Jury for fair and thorough evaluation of each nomination.
- The eminent Jury comprises of very senior professionals from the healthcare ecosystem. On the date of the final Jury evaluation, through a virtual presentation, the nominees are required to pitch before the Jury members.

  – Contribution to any CSR initiative / healthcare advocacy issue

  – Advocacy for equitable healthcare
  – Introducing pioneering technology in healthcare
