He or she is particularly open to the new rapidly changing trends in the retail world and is using them for their company. He/she understands consumer needs and constantly reviews the strategy for optimization of opportunities. * Overall work experience should be at least 10 years * Designation of CEO or equivalent in the organization * At least 2 years of tenure in their current organization as on September 30, 2022 * His/her work has shown innovations in the retail industry introduced for marketing effectiveness, the impact created with innovative campaigns, various achievements and accolades, etc.
    2. Emerging Leader of the Year – a leader that has showcased results and made place on the market within a short period. The work should must be in existence on/after September 30, 2017
    3. Omni Channel Retailer of the year Recognize a leader that is present in various channels, such as brick-and-mortar stores, the internet, mobile applications, etc. The company must show exceptional performance across all modalities like cross-platform compatibility, quality customer service, increase sales and profits, and create new growth opportunities. Must be present in 2 or more platforms.
    4. Retail SaaS Enabler of the Year Recognizes a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company that empowers retailers with innovative solutions to streamline operations, enhance customer experiences, and drive sales growth. It will demonstrate a strong track record of helping retailers thrive in the competitive digital landscape.
