Criteria:
1. Age: Nominee must be under the age of 40 years as on 31st March 2025 at the time of submitting nomination. ie if a nominee is 39 years 364 days as on 31st March 2025, then he is eligible to apply even though nominee is above 40 years and under 41 years at the time of submitting the nomination.
2. Call for Nominations: Announce the opening of nominations through various channels, including industry associations, social media, and partner organizations.
3. Submission: Nominees or nominators will submit their nominations online. There is a nomination entry fee to enter the 2nd edition of BW Facility Management 40 Under 40 awards. Once you have submitted your entry, you will receive a confirmation link in your email. Fees is Non Refundable. Note: Unpaid entries and incomplete information will not be considered for judging.
4. BW welcome entries from all sector organisations, regardless of size. The ‘BW Facility Management 40 Under 40 Conference and Excellence Awards 2025’ welcomes all facility and management professionals from public and private sectors, agencies, suppliers, consulting firms, and HR from various industries.
5. Virtual Jury meet will be organised for shortlisting and selection process. Date & Time will be assigned to all the nominees prior to the jury meet. Link will be shared with all the Nominees
6. Profession & Contribution: Nominees must be employed in or have a connection to the FM sector. They should be established or rising professional leaders with a strong record of innovation and outstanding performance & contribution in business related to the Facility Management Industry.
7. Multiple nomination from the same organization can be submitted. These entries shall be subject to a selection process by the Jury Panel during the virtual jury meet. The finalists will be informed that they have been shortlisted once judging has been finalised. The decision of Jury member will be final and binding.
8. To be eligible for an award, you must attend the virtual jury meeting and make your unique pitch for the nomination. Each Nominee will get 2.5 minutes for elevated pitch followed by Q&A.
9. Nominees are requested to keep themselves available for Min. 1 hour before & after the scheduled time of the jury meet. However, we would request all the nominees to keep themselves free on jury day until their pitch is completed.
10. Shortlisting: The shortlisting & selection of 2nd edition of BW Facility Management Conference and 40 Under 40 Excellence Awards 2025 will be based on following Parameter:
1. Leadership skills
2. Impact on workplace
3. Contribution to the community
4. Future potential
5. Innovativeness
6. Problem solving abilities
7. Achievements and effectively implementing game changings strategies
8. Forward Thinking approach
11. Final Selection: The final list of winners will be felicitated at an awards ceremony.
12. No feedback or correspondence will be entered into about the results, as the judge’s decisions will be considered final.
13. All the information provided in your nomination form is treated as confidential and shared only with the judging panel. However, general descriptions taken from your nomination may be used to promote it should you be shortlisted or win.
14. We reserve the right to use the photographs you supply to promote the awards, our shortlisted and winners. Photographs and videos supplied should be copyright free.
15. Awards will be made solely at the discretion of the judges. No feedback or correspondence will be entered into about the results, and the judges’ decisions are final.
