πŸ“‹ Rules for Nomination

β€’ Nominee GCC/leaders from GCC must have a record of operation of the GCC for 1Β years in India as on 30 Oct 2026.

β€’ GCC professionals with a strong record in HR innovation, outstanding performance, establishing business HR or engaged in HR technology, implementation of HR strategies and creating HR platforms are welcome.

β€’ Shortlisted nominees are required to present a mandatory live virtual “elevator pitch” to an eminent Jury at a pre-designated date and time (communicated in advance).

β€’ Nominees are encouraged to provide clear, data-backed evidence (metrics, scores, case studies) to support the innovations and achievements.

β€’ Incomplete, misleading and incorrect forms are liable to get cancelled and rejected.

β€’ The nomination form must be filled out online by the nominees before the deadline date to be able to present the work before the eminent Jury.

β€’ Nomination fee is mandatory for appearing before the eminent Jury. Payment of the fee does not guarantee an award. The nomination fee is charged for processing the nomination and arranging the presentation before the eminent Jury.

β€’ The nomination form must be correctly filled before payment is made. No editing is permissible after payment. Entries without payment are incomplete and liable to rejection.

β€’ Multiple nominations can be submitted from a single organisation across multiple categories. Separate payment is mandatory for each nomination.

β€’ All relevant documents must be submitted in the prescribed format while filling the nomination form. The organisers are not responsible for missing information or rejection due to incomplete submissions.

β€’ Supporting documents should be viewable across multiple browsers and platforms (Mac, Firefox, etc.). Password-protected documents are not accepted.

β€’ If the Jury requires any additional information for verification or to better understand the nominee’s work, nominees must provide the requested information. Failure to do so may result in rejection of the nomination.

βš–οΈ Jury Process

After preliminary internal screening of the nominations by the organisers, the nominations are presented before the eminent Jury for fair and thorough evaluation of each nomination.

The eminent Jury comprises very senior CXOs, CHROs, industry leaders, Government officials, corporate leaders and senior leaders from academia. On the date of the final Jury evaluation, nominees are required to present a virtual elevator pitch before the Jury members.

What is the process of nomination?

There is an online process for the submission of nominations. GCC leaders and GCC Teams that have done substantial work in relevant categories can register, access and fill the nomination form, submit relevant documents and make the nomination processing fee payment to complete the process.

Can a nominee submit the nomination form now and pay nomination fees later?

Without the payment of the nomination processing fee, the nomination process is incomplete and the form is liable to be rejected.

Can a GCC nominate for multiple awards?

Yes. Multiple nominations can be submitted by GCCs across different categories and for individual leaders. A separate nomination form and nomination fee are required for each nomination.

How do I make the payment for nomination?

After completing the nomination form, nominees are redirected to the payment page. If you face any issues while making the payment, please visit the Contact Us section of this website and get in touch with our team.

Are modifications possible once the nomination form is submitted?

No. Changes are not permitted once the nomination form has been submitted. Please ensure all information is accurate before submission, as incorrect information may lead to rejection.

Is the nomination fee refundable?

No. The nomination fee is non-refundable. Payment of the nomination fee does not guarantee an award. The fee is charged for nomination screening and the jury evaluation process.

Can I submit my documents without appearing before the Jury?

No. Presenting the elevator pitch before the Jury is mandatory. The presentation is conducted virtually, and the schedule is communicated to all eligible nominees well before the Jury meeting.
