NOMINATE NOW FOR THE AWARDS

Nomination & Selection Process
1. Age Eligibility: Nominees must be 40 years or below as on 31st March 2026. Candidates who are 39 years and 364 days on this date are eligible, even if they turn 40+ after submission.
2. Who Can Apply: Open to Facility Management professionals and service providers from public and private sectors, including corporates, agencies, suppliers, consulting firms, and HR across industries. Organizations of all sizes are welcome.
3. Nomination Submission: Nominations must be submitted online with a non-refundable entry fee. Only complete and paid entries will be considered. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.
4. Professional Contribution: Nominees should be established or emerging FM leaders with proven innovation, performance, and business impact within the Facility Management ecosystem.
5. Multiple Entries: Multiple nominations from the same organization are permitted and will be evaluated independently by the Jury.
6. Jury Evaluation: Shortlisting and final selection will be conducted through a virtual jury meet. Nominees will be informed of the date, time, and meeting link in advance.
7. Mandatory Pitch: Shortlisted nominees must attend the virtual jury meet and deliver a 2.5-minute pitch, followed by a brief Q&A. Attendance is mandatory for award eligibility.
8. Evaluation Parameters: Entries will be judged on:
- Leadership and workplace impact
- Innovation and problem-solving
- Achievements and game-changing initiatives
- Community contribution and future potential
- Forward-thinking approach
1. Final Decision: Winners will be announced and felicitated at the BW Facility Management Conference & 40 Under 40 Excellence Awards 2026 Jury decisions are final and binding, with no further correspondence.
2. Confidentiality & Promotion: All nomination details remain confidential and are shared only with the Jury. BW reserves the right to use submitted profiles, photographs, and videos (copyright-free) for award promotions
