Nomination Process

Each nomination will be evaluated by a distinguished jury of sustainability experts, corporate leaders, and innovators on the following parameters:
- Impact & Measurability – Tangible outcomes and scale of contribution
- Innovation & Creativity – New approaches to sustainability challenges
- Leadership & Influence – Ability to inspire and mobilize others
- Commitment & Consistency – Dedication to long-term impact
- Alignment with ESG Principles – Ethics, governance, and responsibility
The top 40 achievers will be recognized as BW Sustainability 40 Under 40 Leaders at a special recognition ceremony.
Nomination fee : INR 8000 plus Taxes
Selection Process
The BW Sustainability 40 Under 40 follow a transparent evaluation process:
- Online Nomination Form
- Submit basic organisational details, sustainability highlights, and all supporting documents.
- Screening & Shortlisting
- The BW Research & Editorial team reviews each nomination for completeness, eligibility, and alignment with the category criteria then sends the forms to the jury for their review & scores.

- Jury Interaction Round
- Shortlisted nominees are invited for a pitch (no presentation) before an esteemed jury panel comprising industry leaders and sustainability experts.
- Final Selection & Recognition
- Winners will be felicitated at the BW Sustainable World Conclave 2026 – Mumbai Chapter, in the presence of leading sustainability practitioners from across India.
