Each nomination will be evaluated by a distinguished jury of sustainability experts, corporate leaders, and innovators on the following parameters:

- Leadership & Influence – Ability to inspire and mobilize others
- Commitment & Consistency – Dedication to long-term impact
- Alignment with ESG Principles – Ethics, governance, and responsibility
The top 40 achievers will be recognized as BW Sustainability 40 Under 40 Leaders at a special recognition ceremony.
Selection Process
The BW Sustainability 40 Under 40 follow a transparent, multi-stage evaluation process:
- Online Nomination Form
- Fill in basic details, sustainability highlights, and supporting documents.
- Screening & Shortlisting
- The BW Research & Editorial team reviews and validates nominations for completeness and eligibility.
- Jury Interaction Round
- Shortlisted nominees are invited for a detailed interaction or presentation before an eminent jury panel comprising industry leaders and sustainability experts.
- Final Selection & Recognition
- Winners will be unveiled at the BW Sustainable World Conclave 2026 – Mumbai Chapter in the presence of India’s top sustainability leaders.
