Ravindra Parankushan (Ravi Kushan) is Managing Partner, India at Roland Berger. Ravi has had a distinguished career in consulting and banking. Between 1992 and 2004, he worked in global management consulting firms across USA, Australia, S.E. Asia and India. He advised financial services clients on issues of strategy, operational improvement, risk management, capital optimization, organizational development and technology design. From 2004 to 2017, he built and then led the commercial banking and NRI businesses for a leading Asia Pacific Bank in India. Building the bank from ground-up, Ravi secured deep hands-on knowledge on governance, risk management, product design, sales, operations (loan, trade, treasury and transactions), technology (Core, Internet, Digital), balance sheet management and regulatory compliance.

Ravi holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College, USA.
