Mr. Arun K Mago is presently an Independent Director on the Board of YES Securities Ltd.

Mr. Arun K Mago, Joined the Indian Administrative Service in 1967 and retired in October 2004 as Chief Secretary, Government of Maharashtra. He worked for over 37 years in different capacities in the Government of Maharashtra and the Government of India like - Chairman, Mumbai Port Trust; Chairman, MSEB; Metropolitan Commissioner, MMRDA; Principal Secretary ( Forests), Government of Maharashtra; Secretary( Energy & Environment), Government of Maharashtra; Joint Secretary, Ministry of Power, Government of India; Managing Director, MSSIDC; Commissioner( Food & Drug Administration), Government of Maharashtra.

Mr. Mago has also served as an Independent Director on the Boards of NHPC, Shipping Corporation of India, Hindustan Copper Ltd, YES Bank, Inter-connected Stock Exchange of India post retirement.
