About the Summit
BW Hotelier Hospitality Education & HR Summit
The BW Hotelier Hospitality Education & HR Summit 2018, to be held on May 29, at the Le Meridien, Gurugram is a unique first of its kind event which explores how far HR and Education has come in the hospitality sector and what more needs to be done. The day's event is broken into two definite segments, the first, has keynote speakers and eminent panellists discussing and exploring the possibility of what lies in the future for employees in the hospitality sectors. The topics to be discussed include: HR practices, how far behind is the Hospitality Sector; Hospitality Education is it really meeting the needs of hotels; and Hospitality as an employer. Do we fall short of expectations.
The second part of the day will see more involvement of those who are on the cusp of joining the industry, the students going through their training and courses at top hospitality colleges across India. The day features an education exhibition and will also have a very special 'Face Off' where prospective employees will get to ask questions to a panel of industry veterans who will clarify their doubts.
