BW Businessworld, one of India's oldest and most respected business magazines, conducts an annual Best Banks Survey in association with PwC. The Survey is into its 10th Edition, and its results are to be carried in our upcoming special issue and the best performing banks felicitated in an awards ceremony.
The BW-PwC Best Bank’s survey shortlists banks based on their financial performance over a three-year period on specific thresholds under four major dimensions – growth, size, sustainability of operations; and risk. Each of these has sub-dimensions with weights, which ultimately translate into a score based on which, relative ranking has been done. The initial numbers-based Survey is then evaluated by an external jury to pick the winners.
The event aims to recognize banking excellence on a common platform & reward them for their contribution to the industry.
